This construction combines a combination of rammed earth, straw bale & brick vault construction, incorporating planted roofs, recycled & moon-phase harvested timbers, natural plasters & non-toxic-toxic finishes solar water heating & greywater recycling.

The project received council submission approval from Drakenstein Municipality & is currently pending construction.
