House Geyser
Alterations & Additions
"I call architecture frozen music."
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
In alterations at House Geyser, the use of local timber has helped avoid the typical use of hardwoods. In addition, the typical high use of steel, for balustrading - which has a large environmental impact - has been avoided with the use of timber poles and sisal rope. Non-toxic finishes and increased natural light in this house makes a healthier living.
